Class101: BM development for newley-launched service

Peadaling / Class101 team launched a new service, “Class101” , which is a hobby class service platform. The service provides not only professional video lecture but also pre-prepared materials for the customer to learn more about the class. Class101 pursue a platform and ecosystem that everyone can do something they love.

  • (2018) UNISCA team develops a business model, researches about the potential market in South Korea, and suggests strategies for an early-stage startup.
  • (2019) Class101 successfully launched its app service and tries to evaluate the exact market size with bottom-up and top-down perspecctive. I provide follow-up project regarding offline/online market and quantitative analysis.
  • (2019) Class101 fetches W12b round investment led by SoftBank Ventures Asia.

This project is a part of UNISCA, which is a student-run, global consultancy that bridges interdisciplinary gaps to connect students to technology and entrepreneurial companies, creating international networks for lifelong bonds.
